“Live” Seismograph Display

I have wanted to share the helicorder display from my seismograph for a long time.  Finally this week I think I have a method to do it.  I put it on its own page here.   The image will be updated every 5 minutes but you will need to manually refresh the page to get the most recent display.

Of course, this will depend on my having internet access…it went down for a couple of hours while I was writing this post.

  1. That is uber-cool! Your live signal is now bookmarked. Thanks.

  2. Success will depend on several links staying up. It will also show all of the warts on amateur seismography…the signal has been very noisy since it went live, I think just due to temperature and soil moisture changes associated with the time of year.
